He is now on the National Council Against Drug Abuse, and was recently reappointed to the Panel of Advisors at the Singapore Youth Court for a third term.

He previously led emergency and crisis services at the Institute of Mental Health and continues to work closely with families, schools and community partners. He also sits on the Board of Management of CHIJ Schools. Natalie is a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents and families, with a focus on emotional development and family relationships.
